We are a (near) Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) brewery. 100% of the rainwater is harvested, effluents from the brewery are processed in an STP and converted into water that is used for cleaning dishes in the kitchen, providing water for our cooling tower & flushing our toilets.
All our malts come from international artisanal maltsters who are as passionate about their products as we are about our beer. They use heritage malting techniques and modern technology to provide us with the best, most consistent malts.
Launched India's first bottled Wheat Beer that was manufactured and imported through a "reverse outsourcing" model in partnership with a brewery in Belgium.
Geist designed, set up and managed brewing operations across two very successful microbreweries in the city.
