The Geist Kamacitra, an American-Style India Pale Ale, is deep orange in colour and visually appealing with a pleasant hoppy bitterness. Crafted to be deliciously smooth and flavourful, this IPA features citrus and tropical fruit hop characteristics. Driven by hops aroma and flavour, the mild bready-biscuity malt character gives this brew the depth and balance.
We launched this beer in Feb 2018 - our first non-wheat style. Were we a little cuckoo to have launched an IPA in a relatively niche craft beer market? Well, we love IPAs and we designed this IPA so that the maltiness complements the bitterness and provides a beautiful balance, which would excite even first time IPA drinkers.
