Brown-black in colour with a creamy tan head, the Geist Stouter Space stout has delightful notes of dark chocolate and roast. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, this delicious stout has hints of coffee, mild caramel, moderate hops bitterness and sweet malt notes blending together harmoniously.
Since launching this beer in December 2018, we can safely say it’s the one we’ve had the most fun experimenting with. We’ve worked on and re-visited the recipe periodically to ensure that we’re not only accounting for evolving customer tastes, but also consistently innovating with knowledge and pushing the envelope to achieve newer, exciting styles. Various iterations of this beer have functioned as the base for our Geist Barrel-Aged Stout and the Geist Imperial Stout.
